ABOUT US

Tim's has been creating our famous chips in the shadow of the Cascade Mountain range since 1986 using an old family recipe. By starting with premium potatoes direct from family owned farms and only the finest blends of real seasonings, we think you'll agree that you have discovered what you have been looking for from your first satisfying crunch.

Just like the mountains that surround us, we have risen to the challenge of creating great tasting snacks. We have proven that a chip crunches louder, tastes superior and satisfies better when it is prepared by people who take pride in a well made snack. Our products are still created one batch at a time. And as always - NO TRANS FATS! Many people have told us that Tim's creates the best snacks anywhere. We believe once you've tried them, you'll agree.

Thank you for buying our products.

Tim's Environmental Statement

Before the days of environmental awards, green movements, and higher energy costs, Tim's Cascade Snacks was aware of its role on this planet. Since our company's inception in 1986, we've used less, reused more, and recycled — everyday. We continue to do so because we believe it is the only way to do business.

Our commitment to the environment has not gone unnoticed. Instead of just meeting regulations, we exceed them. In 1993, 1994, and 1995, we received pollution prevention, recycling, and water conservation awards and in 2001, we were honored with the Environmental Excellence Award of the Decade.

"For the past ten years, Tim's Cascade has made
outstanding progress toward environmental excellence."
- The Association of Washington Business

We never cut corners when it comes to environmental responsibility. Our company Green Team, established more than 15 years ago, is constantly finding new ways to improve our already efficient production process, including:

  • using some of the smallest bags in the industry to create less waste
  • recycling used oil into products such as biodiesel
  • using recyclable products such as cardboard for shipping
  • sending unused potatoes and chips to ranches for livestock feed
  • making 66% fewer trips to the landfill due to recycling efforts
  • consciously using less water
  • utilizing some of the most energy-efficient equipment available
  • redirecting heat generated by equipment to warm facility
  • reducing energy use with efficient lighting and natural sunlight

From our fields to your family,
we are dedicated to quality in every way.

We keep it simple at Tim's, and we always will.
